Pork Noodle Stir Fry

UTENSILS
- Stove top
- wok
- Chopping board
- sharp knife
- Measuring spoons
- heatproof bowl/li>
- Wood or Plastic stirring spoon
- 1 x 400g pkt fresh hokkien noodles
- 1 tsp peanut oil
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 500g pork loin sliced thinly
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 floret broccoli chopped roughly
METHOD
- Place noodles in the heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water and set aside for 2-3mins to soak.
- Use a fork to seperate the noodles. Drain.
- Heat oil in wok over high heat until just smoking. Add half the pork and stir fry for 2-3mins or until cooked through.
- Transfer to a plate. Repeat with the remaining pork.
- Return Pork to the wok. Add noodles, soy sauce, and broccoli and stir fry for 2-3 mins.
- >Serve in bowls. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
